Babugan

Babugan

Mountain 📍 Crimea

Babugan, more precisely Babugan-yayla - the highest mountain plateau of the Crimean Mountains, part of their main ridge. It is here that Roman-Kosh rises, the highest peak of the entire Crimea, so there is nowhere higher than Babugan in these mountains.

The plateau is a treeless undulating expanse with alpine meadows, stone and wind, a typical Crimean mountain, only the highest is raised. The views from here are appropriate: both on the coast and on the neighboring ridges.

It is worth remembering that most of Babugan lies in the Crimean nature reserve, where the official entrance is closed. So check your plans with this circumstance in advance.
