Which coordinate system does Merge GPX expect?
Standard GPX in WGS-84. If points are in another CRS, transform them first.
Does the tool remove duplicate points automatically?
No. If you need thinning, run Simplify GPX after the merge.
Where do result track names come from?
From file names or from the name field on trk segments in the input GPX.
Are files uploaded during the merge?
No. Everything stays in the browser.
