A short note on which cookies we set, why, and how to control them.

Which cookies we use

Analytics only: Google Analytics 4 (anonymised visit statistics) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymous session recordings, so we can spot the rough spots). We set no advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.

When they switch on

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics load only after you press «Accept» in the banner. Before your choice no analytics script loads and no cookies are set. Outside these regions analytics run by default.

The exact files

GA4: _ga, _ga_* (up to 2 years). Clarity: _clck, _clsk (up to 1 year). They contain no name of yours and are not used for advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and ePrivacy). We remember your choice for up to 6 months, then ask again.

How to withdraw or change

At any time press «Cookie settings» at the bottom of the page: the banner returns and you can change your mind. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

Third parties

Data is processed by Google (Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) as our processors; processing may happen outside the EEA under those companies safeguards.
