Buruntash Pass

Buruntash is a pass in Prielbrussa, among the spurs of the highest massif of the Caucasus. Horse and foot trails used to drive herds and move from valley to valley through such saddles long ago.

There are not many loud guide legends about it, but the main thing is: height, space and a view of the glacial headwaters. For a traveler, this is a point on the route around Elbrus, where it is worth taking a breath and looking around.
