Ayazma
Ayazma is a tract in the south of Crimea, sandwiched between Balaklava Bay and Cape Ayia. The area here is not at all like the rest of the South Bank, which is why it is loved.
The Greek name means something like "sanctified" or "blessed", probably in memory of the temple that once stood on Cape Aia nearby. The slopes are covered with pine, juniper, thuja and ivy, there is even a rare Stankevich pine.
Ayazma's main trump card is the scenery: the tract is considered one of the most beautiful parts of Crimea, and the landscape here is truly unlike anything else on the coast.
