This is Boyarin, also known as Korotkan - a mountain in the center of the Gorgan massif in the Ukrainian Carpathians. The height is about 1,679 meters (in some sources, it is 1,675.4 m - the mountain, it seems, has not yet been determined).

Where is it and how to get there?

Mountain in the Bogorodchan district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region. They usually come from the villages of Stara Huta, Bystrytsia or Maksymets - depending on which side you came from.

Is it easy to go there?

The upper and middle slopes are covered with stone rubble and scree, so look carefully under your feet - this is sandstone, not a park path. A mixed and coniferous forest begins below.

What can be seen from the top?

In good weather, the ridges of Sivulya, Stanimyr and Tavpyshirka open up. The mountain itself has an elongated oval shape from east to west and is connected by a gentle bridge to the neighboring Negrova (1604 m).
