Ivano-Frankivsk start
Lake Synevyr - a legend-shrouded, protected lake. It has hidden itself in dense coniferous forests on the other (for us) side of the Carpathians. The way to it runs through one of the most beautiful corners of the Gorgany massif - the peak of Grofa. Only after crossing it and several other Carpathian summits will we be able to reach Synevyr (of course, we could have taken transport, but that is not our method).
