Pivnichna Demerdzhi
Northern Demerji - the northern peak of the Demerji-Yail massif in the Main Range of the Crimean Mountains, near Alushta. It has two summits, 1,359 and 1,356 meters, so the northwestern part is a little higher.
Demerji means blacksmith in Crimean Tatar, although no one swings a hammer here. The top is treeless and dome-shaped, with wide views, and nearby rocks and spurs are crowded around: Pakhkal-Kaya, Samar-Kaya, Yurkina rocks. The southern slopes are marked by a marked route and the 26th stage of the Great Crimean Trail, so it is quite possible to go there on foot.
Do not confuse with Southern Demerge: the famous Valley of Ghosts with bizarre rock figures lies right there. The northern one takes in open Yailin landscapes.
