Lysaya Gora
Lisa gora is a name that occurs more than once in Crimea (as well as throughout Ukraine), and it always refers to one thing: a treeless, "bare" peak with an open view in all directions. This one stands in the southern part of the mountainous Crimea, not far from the coast.
It is the absence of trees that makes such peaks favorite viewing points: no grove obstructs the panorama of the sea and neighboring passes. The ascent is usually short, and the impression is like a bird's eye view.
