Bak Pass

Baki Pass is a mountain pass in the Central Caucasus, one of those points through which routes pass deep into the ridges. Passes here are natural gateways between valleys, and it is from here that the best views of the surrounding peaks and glaciers usually open.

The place is designed more for prepared travelers: the altitude, the weather and the terrain of the descent demand respect. However, the panorama that awaits at the top more than justifies the climb.
