Dniester rafting on catamarans (6 days)

 1 day
Meeting the group in Ternopil at the railway station. Moving to the river, visiting the Buchatsky Castle on the way. Arrival in the village of Nizhnev, here the Dniester Canyon begins, the height of its steep walls made of purple slate reaches up to 250 m. After preparing the watercraft and safety instructions, the rafting begins. Stop in the village of Koropets, inspection of the palace and park ensemble of the 19th century. Count Badeni. Centuries-old relict trees - Ginkgo - have been preserved in the park.

Day 2
Continuation of the rafting. Visit to the cave church of the 12th century. Inspection of the Maiden's Tears waterfall, which cuts through travertine rocks surrounded by columns of stalactites and stalagmites with mysterious grottoes. Its peculiarity is that it very beautifully combines cascading water with dense thickets of liana-like algae, creating the effect of tears. Inspection of the watchtower of the Rakovets Castle of the 17th century over the river.

Day 3
Continuation of the rafting. Stop at the mouth of the river. The strip from the ascent to Krasnaya Gora offers a breathtaking panorama of the Dniester and the picturesque Beremyansky Canyon from a bird's eye view. The peculiarity of the mountain is that even in severe winters the snow does not lie here for more than one or two days, so it is not for nothing that the locals call this area “Dniester subtropics”.

4 day
Continuation of the rafting. Inspection of two natural monuments - the Khmelevaya Wall and the Shutromskoe tract - unique in its beauty sections of the canyon on the left bank of the Dniester.

5 day
Walking excursion to the Dzhurinsky waterfall - the largest flat waterfall in Ukraine, 16 m. In its vicinity there is the Chervonograd castle of the 17th century and the Catholic church of the 18th century. Water was supplied to the fortress under pressure from a catchment area, which was located on a mountain 2 km from the fortress. During an enemy attack the river Dzhurin was blocked by a dam, and the castle ended up on an island.

Day 6
Continuation of the rafting. Stop to view the Three Cascade Waterfall.
Finishing the rafting in Zaleschiki. This resort town is located on the left bank in a deep bowl, surrounded by mountains in a semicircle, reaching 300 meters in height, visiting the ancient park and the Church of St. Stanislaus of the 19th century.
Transfer to Ternopil.
If you have free time, visit the Chertkovsky, Terebovlyansky and Mikulinetsky castles.
