Mountain 📍 Iceland
A complex of nested calderas in Iceland's central highlands. The 1875 eruption spread ash as far as Scandinavia and Eastern Europe and created Lake Öskjuvatn, the country's second deepest at 220 m. Its last eruption was in 1961.
