Mývatn Nature Baths

Geothermal baths beside Lake Mývatn in north Iceland, in a zone of active volcanism next to the Krafla volcano. They are a calmer, less crowded alternative to the Blue Lagoon, with milky-blue water and views over the northern moors. The water usually sits at around 36-40 °C.
