Dynjandi

Dynjandi (also Fjallfoss, 100 m) is the jewel of the Westfjords on the Dynjandisá river. The water spreads in a wide tiered fan that narrows towards the top like a bride's veil, with five smaller cascades below it. A natural monument since 1981; the road here crosses a scenic mountain pass.
