Starostina

Starostina is a peak in the Ukrainian Carpathians, in their western, border part. This is a land of soft wooded ridges, where beech forests are replaced by thickets, and you rarely meet people on the trails.

The mountain is not one of the popular tourist destinations, so it attracts those who value peace and lonely walks. The reward for the climb is silence and views of the undulating Carpathian highlands.
