Shchebetivka
Schebetivka is a village on the southeastern coast of Crimea, in the Feodosia district. The place has been inhabited for a long time: until 1945, it was called Otuz (simply "thirty" in Crimean Tatar), and the first mention dates back to 1461.
Nearby is the Karadag nature reserve with the volcanic massif of the same name and the Karadag biostation, which has been operating since 1907, with an institute of marine biology and a dolphinarium. The nearest railway station is in Feodosiya, 30 km away.
The local economy "Koktebel" makes wine and grows grapes, and the local landscapes once captivated even Griboyedov.
