Bliznyuk
Blyznytsia (also called Blyznyuk) is a double mountain in the eastern part of the Svidovets massif. The two peaks stand next to each other and are similar in shape, like twins: the northern one reaches 1883 meters, the southern one is a little lower.
On the slopes, a real glacial karst with remains of moraine and small lakes is preserved - a legacy of ancient glaciers. Coniferous and beech forests grow below, and an open highland with wide views of Svidovets begins above.
The mountain is part of the protected massif of the Carpathian Biosphere Reserve, relict plants such as edelweiss and dryad occur here. So admire - please, but plucking flowers is definitely not worth it.
