Addresses and phone numbers of embassies are published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Where to find a mission

Choose the country in the list of diplomatic missions on the MFA website. It shows the embassy, the consulates and a link to the mission's own site. Read opening hours and the list of services there. They change more often than the address.

If you are travelling to Ukraine

A visa is issued by a consular section or through the electronic visa portal, not by an honorary consul. An honorary consul usually explains the procedure. Some accept papers and forward them to the consulate that covers you. Entry rules are in Visa requirements for entering Ukraine.

If you are a Ukrainian citizen abroad

A passport, civil certificates and other consular services are booked in advance in e-Consul. Sign in with Diia.Signature, BankID or an electronic signature. When to confirm the booking, and which documents to bring, is written on your mission's website. Consulates do not all use the same rule.

Russian Federation

Ukrainian diplomatic missions in the Russian Federation are closed. Citizens of the Russian Federation apply for a visa in a third country where they hold a residence permit, or through a visa centre if the MFA lists one.
