There are two main ways to get from Kyiv to Boryspil airport - by taxi (from 130 hryvnia) and by special buses (from 40 hryvnia). In any case, expect that the journey to the airport will take at least an hour. A taxi, of course, can be caught anywhere, but I’ll tell you in more detail about buses to Boryspil.
Buses from Kyiv to Boryspil airport
The bus route "POLET" (aka "ATASS") is the most reliable (after taxi) way to get to Boryspil airport. Buses start from the central railway station of Kyiv, more precisely from that part of it called the South Station (in Ukrainian - Pivdenny). Buses run around the clock, approximately 2 times per hour (see schedule). There is only one stop on the route - at the Kharkovskaya metro station.
Another way to get to Boryspil airport is some (by no means all) of the intercity buses and minibuses running along the route Kyiv-Kharkov or Kyiv-Sumy. Minibuses start from the northern side of the Central Railway Station, and buses depart from the Central Bus Station (this is in another part of the city). As an example, you can consider the bus schedule to Boryspil from the Autolux company. Please note that these buses tend to deviate from their schedule.

Currently there are three terminals in Boryspil:- Terminal A - serves local flights. A small building a hundred meters to the left of the central building.
- Terminal B - international. A large pavilion with a curved roof, directly opposite the entrance. I called it the central building.
- Terminal C - only for VIPs. He's somewhere on the right.

Attention to the participants of our foreign trips (Turkey, Nepal). The group meets half an hour before check-in for the flight (i.e. 2.5 hours before departure) in the hall of Terminal B. Usually we sit on seats installed directly along the glass wall no more than 10 meters from the entrance to the terminal building. There we wait 30 minutes, and when registration begins, we move to the next hall to go through customs control and stand in line for registration. Don't be late and keep your phones on!
