Climax?

In theory, today we have the culmination of the hike - the highest pass, the longest trek, the most famous volcano under our feet. People are even a little worried - will we be able to cope, will we have time to cross (before the weather takes its toll), etc.But for some reason I am unusually calm and in general in no hurry. The unusual sun is shining abundantly, relaxingly, the wind is blowing past dandelions from the other side of the glacier, my legs are calmly and measuredly gaining height for me. #iceland
