Jazz Festival Koktebel

Fourth international festival " Jazz-Koktebel" will pass(take place) from September, 14 till September, 17th, 2006. The press-service of company Promo has informed on it(this). Ua which is engaged in the organization of festival. rganizatory have not specified, for what reason " the Ukrainian cultural Davos " has moved to the "velvet" season and why time of carrying out of festival was reduced about four days. Though, probably, date is transferred(carried) because of wishes to spend festival when beaches and platforms not so are overflown by tourists. In the past to year "Jazz-Koktebel-2005" passed(took place) from August, 15 till August, 21st under the slogan of cultural resistance to plywood and profanation, a pop-music and sharovarshchine. The festival in Crimea became the most fashionable cultural action in the Russian capital. The Moscow visitors of festival speak, that the bohemia was satiated with club culture and thirsts alive music.

The role in the past to year selection acting has played: feerichnyj theatre-orchestra from Japan " Shibusashirazu Orchestra ", German acid-jazz collective " De-Phazz ", group of Moscow "VFSix" which plays style light trip-hop, the Kiev sextet "ManSound" and jazz collective Shid-Side, the American trumpeter I Pour Soloff and 14-years bljuz-the guitarist, the singer and the composer from Canada Dzhimmi Bouskil.
