Roman Yurkiv is an instructor in hiking in the Alps, Norway, the Carpathians, Turkey and the Caucasus, leads mountain climbing (Kazbek, Mont Blanc, Ararat, Elbrus). He was born in 1986, lives in Ivano-Frankivsk, and also does freeride tours in the Carpathians.
I was exposed to mountains from an early age - my father is from a Carpathian village, so there were fires, tents on the fields and fairy-tale forests from childhood. As a young man, he traveled most of the Carpathian routes, then discovered new mountains and countries; Over time, the hobby became a job, and for most of the year, Roman is on trips.
It organizes anything: from quiet excursion tours through the Carpathians to hikes of varying difficulty with rafting, mushrooming and fishing, and for extremes - freeriding and climbing.
