I think it’s worth discussing some of the nuances of paying for the trip:

How to pay?

It is advisable to pay for the hike in the exact currency in which its cost is indicated on the website. But this is not important. The exchange rate is usually the current commercial rate at the time of payment.

Premature departure from the route.

If for some reason you leave the route before the planned completion of the hike, then you only have to pay for the days traveled. For example: a 6-day hike costs 850 coins; you leave the route on day 4, which means you have to pay (850/6)*4= 567 coins. If you leave the route on the first day of the hike, you also have to pay (for one day), even if this happens an hour after the start. In this way, you will compensate us for the funds spent on purchasing products, obtaining insurance, registering with the KSS, telephone conversations and Internet traffic. For greater clarity, I am publishing a table for calculating the amount of payment depending on the day of the trek (the table indicates the percentage of the total cost of the trip):

For even greater clarity, I remind you that the change of day occurs at midnight:) During one calendar day, the price is constant. Those. It doesn’t matter what time you go - the price doesn’t change.

Changes in the route.

We pay daily, not per object. Accordingly, if there were changes in the route, and the group did not visit all the planned objects (sights, mountain peaks, etc.), then this is not a reason for reducing the payment. On the other hand, if the group has exceeded the program, then there is no need to pay extra for it:)

Prepayment

We require prepayment or advance payment for hiking in the Crimea and the Carpathians only on the May holidays, when the flow of tourists is especially large and it is important to ensure mutual confidence in the seriousness of intentions and guaranteed reservation of a place in the group. Payment procedure for trips abroad

To reserve a place on a trip abroad, you need to make an advance payment - usually about $100. In case of refusal to participate, the prepayment is not refunded, but can be transferred to another participant or saved for the future (to pay for other tours). The balance of the tour cost must be transferred to us no later than a week before the start. On trips abroad, if a participant leaves the route prematurely, no recalculation is made and no money is returned.
